Alright, Perry, such a pleasure to have you here. And at the risk of annoying you because I’m sure you’ve answered so many different questions about it before, but you are most well known for the 80/20 principle. And it’s a tremendous book that has had an impact on so many people’s lives. People cite it, you know, all the time, it’s like, you should have to take a shot every time someone mentions age 20. But, um, talk a little bit about that principle for anyone who’s been living under a rock and doesn’t really know what that has anything to do with?

Well, I would like to speak to the person who figures they probably know it at 20 years. Because, well, with all due respect, you probably don’t. And I would be the poster child for that. Well, I used to have this job as a sales manager and I read in a book somewhere that 80% of your sales come from 20% of your customers and 20% of your sales come from the other 80%. I thought is that right? insurance? I checked, and it was true. But I thought well, that’s interesting. Obviously, some of them are a lot more important than others. Okay, I get that. And that was about it. Well, I really, I really didn’t understand that there are several layers to this that make it incredibly powerful. Okay, the first thing is that it’s not just net worths and real estate and customers, it’s almost everything, especially in business, but it’s also like the size of craters on the moon, I mean, it, it is literally universal. Secondly, it’s recursive. There’s an 80/20, inside every at 20. And another one and another one in another one, which means there’s

that’s what blows my mind.
