Yeah, so the Leadership Committee, the global leadership committee takes care of pol the path of leadership for all members, so anyone who would like to serve on their local board, and then move into regional positions or global positions. That’s part of what the leadership committee takes care of, as well as you know, the strategy summits, as well as the GLA, which is the Global Leadership Academy, the RLA, the regional Academy, and the CLA, these are all products of EO that I’d encourage all members to experience. And once you take on a path of leadership or role, be it local or regional or global. That’s the time that you unlock your potential and you start expanding your mind expanding your heart. One of the really beautiful programs that he has is the GLA the Global Leadership Academy, and it touches your heart and it you share a lot of very special moments with fellow he overs. Yeah, I don’t think consider is a good word to put out there. John, maybe we need to say just register and attend like it’s going to be great. A great year. Definitely the leadership the learning committee is doing a lot of massive work with the GLC this year And a lot of our staff are putting their hearts minds hands and everything they have in terms of strength to to give us a beautiful experience. Definitely GLC 2022 is going to be a life changing and a once in a lifetime experience. I do encourage everyone to jump on this. No hesitation. No second thoughts. Just do it.
